The Dark Hierarchy

The book argues that desire is the confirmation of a specific self — the sexual persona you most fully want to inhabit. It may precede language, or be discovered over time, or be consciously chosen and refined. What matters is not its origin but its function: it is the self the right person lets you feel, completely, without translation.

This tool gives you the architecture to describe it. Not what acts you want — who you want to be. Some are oriented toward holding, some toward yielding; the orientation is not gendered, and neither pole is higher than the other. Fourteen prompts, mostly open text. You write; the tool assembles your answers into a single profile you can keep.

Nothing you write here is sent anywhere. It lives on your device unless you choose to save it.

Most prompts are open text — answer in your own words, at whatever length feels right. Two prompts are optional and can be skipped. There are no correct answers. Brevity is honoured.

You've described your aspirational self in your own words. Now place it. Each line is a tension — move the marker toward whichever pole feels truer to the self you want to feel like, not the self you perform or think you should be. There is no centre you're obliged to hold; the middle is also an answer.

This tool is free. In exchange, two quick questions — stored completely anonymously, used only for aggregate research into how aspirational sexual selves distribute across people. No published data on this exists. No personal data, no tracking, no way to trace an answer to you. Both required to see your profile.
