About ECHOxSTUDIOS

01 — The studio

One identity, many disciplines

World- and system-building is the artistic core of the studio, and rigorous theory, held to artistic and academic standards at once, runs through all of it. ECHOxSTUDIOS is the name for everything that carries the ECHOx signature: fiction and poetry, drama, instant photography, music, interactive systems, and software. The disciplines are maintained in parallel and at full commitment, and share one pressure: what survives disappearance?

Work is made in Berlin. Books are published under the names of their authorial constructs; products and productions carry the studio name. ECHOxSTUDIOS is a business in formation, to be registered before any commercial release.

03 — The name

How ECHOx is written

ECHOx alone is the artist. A compound, such as ECHOxSTUDIOS, ECHOxPRODUCTION, ECHOxLUMINA, or ECHOxVAULT, names a division or a product of the studio. The name is always set upright, with a small gold multiplication sign in the compound.
